I wouldn’t even bother. You have to send the referral, but then the referred would have to complete offers, which usually involves giving out your credit card number for trials. And no one ever wants to do that, because those websites are not trustworthy.
Better off saving allowance or paycheck and purchase your gaming supplies from the store.
